Mun is an experienced digital leader and growth marketer. Prior to Katalis, Mun led the strategic marketing efforts at Microsoft Hong Kong across the enterprise and commercial space. Before Microsoft, she started MADSquared.com, a creative media and design services agency in Malaysia and headed up the electronic trading business at Sun Hung Kai Financial in Hong Kong. She was instrumental in developing the firm's digital strategy blueprint and transforming it into an award-winning brand. Mun began her career as a web developer in a software development firm in London. She is a graduate of the Financial Engineering Program from Stanford University and holds a MSc. in Electronic Publishing from City University, London, and a BA (Hons) Marketing from Middlesex University, London.
Red has more than 10 years of experience in digital marketing strategy across Manila, Singapore, and Hong Kong, where he has managed a wide range of digital assets and projects. This has given him an ability to create digital strategies that contribute to business profitability by optimizing performance and maximizing investment. His experience also includes creating effective online customer journeys in response to behavior and needs. Red’s previous achievements have included formulating and driving strategies for HSBC on digital marketing and website management – locally, regionally and globally. Earlier, at Metrobank, he had developed and maintained digital marketing strategies to expand and implement end-to- end online product solutions. He grew up in The Philippines, graduating from Ateneo de Manila University with a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems.
Barry is a detail-oriented, digital creative professional with over 12 years of industry experience. With his engineering background, he has the technical understanding to lead in project management and development across strategic and innovative digital marketing initiatives. He is also a calm and effective communicator with significant experience producing websites, mobile apps and physical activations. Barry is well-versed in user experience principles and technical delivery management. This has been evident in his involvement in successful digital project launches for clients including HSBC, Swire, Invesco, Lincoln, Lane Crawford, ASUS, Nike and UBS. Initially, he worked as a systems engineer and product manager in Toronto, before moving to Hong Kong in 2012 to focus on digital projects. Barry was born and raised in Canada, graduating from the University of Waterloo with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Computer Engineering.
